渣漿泵廠家通用性能曲線
把不同轉速下的Q-H曲線畫在同一張圖上,并把各轉速下效率相等的值投射到相應轉速的Q-H曲線上,把這些等效值的點連成曲線稱為等效率曲線。這種特性曲線稱為泵的通用特性曲線,如圖2 -45所示。利用通用特性曲線,就可以方便地確定出在任何一-組(Q、H)值下的轉速(n)與效率(η)值。
五、綜合特性曲線
把不同葉輪外徑下的Q B、Q-n關系曲線表示在同一張圖中, 如圖2 -46所示,稱變?nèi)~輪外徑的綜合特性曲線。

The Q-H curves at different speeds are drawn on the same graph, and the values of equal efficiency at each speed are projected onto the Q-H curves at the corresponding speed. Connecting the points of these equivalent values into a curve is called equal efficiency curve. This characteristic curve is called the general characteristic curve of the pump, as shown in Figure 2-45. By using the general characteristic curve, the values of rotational speed (n) and efficiency (η) under any group (Q, H) can be easily determined.
V. comprehensive characteristic curve
The relation curve of Q B and q-n under different impeller outer diameter is shown in the same figure, as shown in figure 2-46, which is called the comprehensive characteristic curve of variable impeller outer diameter.
