從安裝使用要求選擇渣漿泵的型式
(1)臥式泵:是比較普遍的結(jié)構(gòu)型式，使用比較廣泛。其泵的結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用可靠，對多級泵使用平衡盤平衡軸向力時只能選用臥式結(jié)構(gòu)。
(2)立式泵:安裝面積小，可減少泵站的面積，降低造價，所以一般船用泵采用立式結(jié)構(gòu)較多。
(3) 立式浸沒泵:不但占地面積小，并且泵的起動不需要灌液或抽真空，較適合于無人看管的自動控制下使用: 并且不易產(chǎn)生氣性。其缺點是結(jié)構(gòu)較復雜，維修較困難，易腐蝕，泵的壽命短。
(4)立式管道泵: 因為泵的吸入、吐出口在同一水平線上， 所以特別適合于管道中的安裝，并且占地面積較小。
(5)潛水泵:是將泵和電機一起放入水中運行，所以安裝簡單方便，使用也很方便，泵啟動前不需要灌泵或抽真空，因泵在液下，不易發(fā)生汽蝕。它的缺點是泵的壽命相對較短，維修較困難。
(6)自吸式:泵的啟動不需要底閥、灌泵或抽真空。自吸泵如果配用內(nèi)燃機為原動機時，移動使用很方便，常用于工程施工時移動場合下。如果輸送介質(zhì)中含氣量較多時使用自吸泵較好。渣漿泵廠家

(5) submersible pump: the pump and motor are put into the water for operation, so the installation is simple and convenient, and the use is also very convenient. (6) self priming: the start of the pump does not require bottom valve, pump filling or vacuum pumping.
