渣漿泵聯(lián)軸器鏈接都分為那幾種
套筒聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)如圖5 - 33所示,它就是一個(gè)圓簡,兩軸分別插入,用圓錐銷或鍵(鍵可以是平鍵、花鍵或半圓鍵)來傳遞扭矩。套簡聯(lián)軸器一般兩軸的直徑相同,可以較好的保證兩軸同心,并便易加工。當(dāng)用鍵來傳遞扭矩時(shí),一般需加 一個(gè)緊定螺釘,來承受軸向載荷。
這種聯(lián)軸器制造容易,價(jià)格便宜,徑向尺寸較小:其缺點(diǎn)是傳遞扭矩較小,常用于立式長軸泵中柔性長軸的連接。
2.凸緣聯(lián)軸器
凸緣聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)如圖5-34所示,它是由兩個(gè)帶凸緣止口的半聯(lián)軸器用螺栓將兩個(gè)半聯(lián)軸器連接在一起。凸緣止口用來保證兩軸的同心。兩聯(lián)軸器有鍵用來傳遞扭矩。因?yàn)橥咕壜?lián)軸器屬剛性連接,要求兩軸的同心度較高,所以必須保證兩軸同心情況下才能使用。
這種聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,成本低,能夠傳遞較大的扭矩,應(yīng)用很廣泛。
3.夾殼聯(lián)軸器
夾殼聯(lián)軸器結(jié)構(gòu)如圖5 -35所示,是由兩個(gè)半圓簡形的夾殼,由螺栓夾緊在軸頭上,利用夾緊后夾殼和軸之間的摩擦力來傳遞扭矩,但對較大功率泵為了可靠起見,夾殼與軸還設(shè)有平鍵。夾殼聯(lián)軸器也必須嚴(yán)格保證兩軸同心情況下才能用。
夾殼聯(lián)軸器是剖分式的分半聯(lián)軸器,所以裝拆時(shí),軸不需要軸向移動(dòng),但安裝時(shí),兩軸不易很好保證對中。常用于轉(zhuǎn)速較低、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)較平穩(wěn)的立式泵中。渣漿泵

The structure of sleeve coupling is shown in Fig. 5-33. It is a circular simple, two shafts are inserted separately, and the torque is transmitted by taper pin or key (the key can be flat key, spline or semicircle key). In general, the diameter of the two shafts of the sleeve simple coupling is the same, which can better ensure that the two shafts are concentric, and it is easy to process. When the key is used to transmit the torque, a set screw is usually added to bear the axial load.
This kind of coupling is easy to manufacture, cheap in price and small in radial dimension. Its disadvantage is small in transmitting torque. It is often used in the connection of flexible long shaft in vertical long shaft pump.
2. Flange coupling
The flange coupling structure is shown in Figure 5-34. It is composed of two half couplings with flange stop, which are connected together by bolts. Flange stop is used to ensure the concentricity of two shafts. Two couplings have keys to transmit torque. Because flange coupling is rigid connection, the concentricity of two shafts is required to be high, so it can be used only when two shafts are concentric.
This kind of coupling is simple in structure, low in cost, capable of transmitting large torque and widely used.
3. Jacket coupling
As shown in Fig. 5-35, the structure of the jacket coupling is composed of two semicircle simple jacket shells, which are clamped on the shaft head by bolts. The friction between the jacket and the shaft after clamping is used to transfer the torque. However, for the high-power pump, for the sake of reliability, the jacket and the shaft are also provided with flat keys. The jacketed coupling can only be used when the two shafts are concentric.
The jacketed coupling is a split half coupling, so the shaft does not need to move axially during installation and disassembly, but it is not easy to ensure the alignment of the two shafts during installation. It is commonly used in vertical pumps with low speed and stable operation. Slurry pump
