渣漿泵心泵的工作原理
圖1-5是離心泵的一般裝置示意圖。
由于離心泵本身不能排除氣體,離心泵在啟動之前,泵內應灌滿液體,這個過程稱為灌泵。啟泵時,驅動機通過泵軸帶動葉輪旋轉,葉輪中的葉片驅使液體一起旋轉,因而產生離心力。在離心力作用下,液體沿葉片流道被甩向葉輪出口,并流經蝸殼送入排出管。
在液體被甩向葉輪出口的同時,葉輪入口中心處形成了低壓區(qū),與吸液罐之間就產生了壓差,在這個壓差作用下,吸液罐中的液體便不斷地經吸入管路和泵的吸入室進入葉輪中。這樣,葉輪在旋轉過程中,一面不斷地吸人液體,一面又不斷地給吸入的液體以一定的能頭,將液體排出。離心泵便如此連續(xù)不斷地工作。
式(1-2)是指液體經泵所獲得的能量。式(1-5) 中計算揚程H時只需要管路的參數,該式所計算的揚程為管路實際需要的揚程,而非泵本身提供給液體的揚程。泵能提供的揚程應該與泵本身的參數有關,而與管路無關。對于一個給定的泵,來其能提供的揚程具體與什么參數有關,它們之間的關系是什么?這就是離心泵的基本方程一歐拉方程所要解決的問題。渣漿泵
歐拉方程研究葉輪與流體之間能量的傳遞過程.確定液體從泵中獲得多少能頭。液體在葉輪中獲得能頭,首先表現為液體流速大小和方向的改變因此應先分析液體在葉輪中的流動規(guī)律。

Fig. 1-5 is the general device diagram of centrifugal pump.
Because the centrifugal pump itself can not exclude gas, before the centrifugal pump starts, the pump should be filled with liquid, this process is called pump filling. When starting the pump, the driver drives the impeller to rotate through the pump shaft, and the blades in the impeller drive the liquid to rotate together, thus generating centrifugal force. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is thrown to the impeller outlet along the blade passage, and flows through the volute to the discharge pipe.
When the liquid is thrown to the impeller outlet, a low-pressure area is formed at the center of the impeller inlet, and a pressure difference is generated between the suction tank and the suction tank. Under the effect of this pressure difference, the liquid in the suction tank continuously enters the impeller through the suction pipe and the suction chamber of the pump. In this way, when the impeller is rotating, it constantly sucks the liquid, and at the same time, it continuously gives a certain energy head to the liquid and discharges the liquid. The centrifugal pump works continuously.
Equation (1-2) refers to the energy obtained by the liquid through the pump. In formula (1-5), only the parameters of the pipeline are needed when calculating the head h, which is the actual head required by the pipeline, rather than the head provided by the pump itself to the liquid. The head provided by the pump should be related to the parameters of the pump itself, but not to the pipeline. For a given pump, what is the relationship between the specific lift it can provide and what parameters? This is the problem to be solved by Euler equation, the basic equation of centrifugal pump. Euler equation studies the energy transfer process between impeller and fluid, and determines how much energy head liquid gets from pump. The liquid obtains energy head in impeller, which firstly shows the change of liquid velocity and direction. Therefore, the flow rule of liquid in impeller should be analyzed first.
