一、多吸頭排污泵的工作原理

多吸頭排污泵是容積來的一種,圖2-10是其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖。它是靠泵體、泵蓋、偏心轉(zhuǎn)子和滑片之間形成的容積(稱基元容積)的周期性變化吸、液體泵。由圖可看出、轉(zhuǎn)子為圓柱形,轉(zhuǎn)子上有若干個(gè)槽,每個(gè)槽內(nèi)置有滑片。轉(zhuǎn)子在殼內(nèi)偏心安裝,其偏心e?;?/span>片可在轉(zhuǎn)子的糟內(nèi)徑向動(dòng)。滑片就離心力、彈簧液體壓力壓向殼體,使滑片端部緊貼殼體而保證密封。吸、排出口靠轉(zhuǎn)子與殼體之間很小的間隙密封分開。
    當(dāng)轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),在吸側(cè)的基元容積不斷增大,將液體吸基元容積。當(dāng)基元容積達(dá)最大值時(shí),基元容積與吸口脫離而與排出口連通。轉(zhuǎn)子繼續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn),基元容積逐漸變小,將液體排出。轉(zhuǎn)子旋轉(zhuǎn)一周,滑片在槽內(nèi)往復(fù)一次,各基元容積變大、變小一次,完成一次吸人、排出過程。
    若將泵做成偏心距可變化的結(jié)構(gòu),則可以調(diào)節(jié)流量。若制成一轉(zhuǎn)中兩次吸、兩次排出的結(jié)構(gòu),則稱雙作用多吸頭排污泵。
