深井泵與渣漿泵如何匹配
深井泵如圖5-44所示。由于受深井管徑大小的限制,其吐出室為導(dǎo)流殼,故徑向減小,軸向加長(zhǎng),以滿足工況要求,其長(zhǎng)度從幾十米到一百多米,有一種吊泵甚至長(zhǎng)幾百米。深井泵由若干根軸和連接管組成,連接管與連接管或殼與殼連接有螺紋(見(jiàn)圖5-44右圖)和法蘭連接(見(jiàn)圖5-47) 兩種,而軸與軸連接有螺紋連接(見(jiàn)圖5-44)或卡環(huán)套連接(見(jiàn)圖5-47), 統(tǒng)稱軸聯(lián)軸器。螺紋連接用于小泵。深井泵軸向力及泵自重均由電動(dòng)機(jī)來(lái)承受。
How to match deep well pump with slurry pump
The deep well pump is shown in Fig. 5-44. Due to the limitation of the diameter of the deep well, the discharge chamber is a diversion shell, so it is reduced in the radial direction and lengthened in the axial direction to meet the requirements of the working condition. Its length is from tens of meters to more than 100 meters, and one kind of hanging pump is even several hundred meters long. The deep well pump is composed of several shafts and connecting pipes. The connecting pipes and connecting pipes or shell and shell are connected by threads (see figure 5-44, right) and flange (see figure 5-47). The shafts and shafts are connected by threads (see figure 5-44) or snap ring sleeves (see figure 5-47), collectively referred to as shaft couplings. Threaded connections are used for small pumps. The axial force and the dead weight of the deep well pump are borne by the motor.
