渣漿泵脫硫泵擋板的動(dòng)作時(shí)間
隔離擋板從全開(kāi)到全關(guān),或者從全關(guān)到全開(kāi)所需要的時(shí)間叫做動(dòng)作時(shí)間。通常,用作旁路煙道的百葉窗擋板要求快開(kāi)時(shí)間不超過(guò)25s,對(duì)快速動(dòng)作的要求主要是保證當(dāng)FGD故障緊急停運(yùn)時(shí),能快速開(kāi)啟旁路擋板門(mén),以確保煙氣經(jīng)旁路煙道直接進(jìn)入煙囪。百葉窗旁路擋板門(mén)關(guān)閉時(shí)的開(kāi)度應(yīng)具有分級(jí)可調(diào)性,以減少旁路門(mén)關(guān)閉時(shí)對(duì)鍋滬爐膛負(fù)壓的影響。FGD系統(tǒng)的其他百葉窗擋板門(mén)的動(dòng)作時(shí)間一般在40s左右。
閘板門(mén)打開(kāi)和關(guān)閉時(shí)的運(yùn)行速度一般為1.3~ 2m/min。大型機(jī)組入口煙道的高度多在3m以上,門(mén)完全打開(kāi)或者關(guān)閉需要2~3min。因此,它不能應(yīng)用在旁路煙道中,主要用在系統(tǒng)入口或吸收塔入口,僅作隔離之用。
4.煙道沉積物對(duì)擋板門(mén)動(dòng)作的影響
煙道沉積物飛灰、吸收塔漿液中的固體物會(huì)積聚在煙道內(nèi),尤其是煙道的底部。因此必須考慮這些沉積物對(duì)擋板門(mén)動(dòng)作的影響。
對(duì)于通常的閘板式開(kāi)關(guān)門(mén),如系統(tǒng)或吸收塔入口、出口隔離擋板門(mén),其板片必須能擠掉這些沉積物插入煙道。擋板驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置,如電動(dòng)機(jī)應(yīng)有足夠的功率能使閘板插入沉積物中。對(duì)于一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期處于關(guān)閉狀態(tài)的閘板門(mén),驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置的執(zhí)行器必須有足夠的啟動(dòng)功率以克服板片和門(mén)框之間的粘連。
對(duì)于一個(gè)常開(kāi)的百葉窗擋板門(mén),如FGD入、出口門(mén),或常閉的百葉窗擋板門(mén),如旁路隔離擋板門(mén),如果長(zhǎng)期處于某一位置,煙道沉積物可能會(huì)使葉片難以動(dòng)作。對(duì)于底部的葉片,這一問(wèn)題尤為嚴(yán)重。其一,煙道底部是沉積物最多的區(qū)域;其二,如果其他葉片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,驅(qū)動(dòng)器的整個(gè)扭矩都作用在底部葉片上,這可能損壞葉片和連接機(jī)構(gòu)。因此,一些百葉窗擋板配有兩套驅(qū)動(dòng)器和連接機(jī)構(gòu)。一套供最下面的葉片使用,另一套供其他葉片使用。
另外,對(duì)于常閉的百葉窗擋板門(mén),如果煙道積灰出現(xiàn)在擋板門(mén)的一側(cè),葉片旋轉(zhuǎn)方向應(yīng)朝積灰的下游側(cè),避免積灰阻擋葉片轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。
不論何種擋板門(mén),最好的操作方式是定期將擋板廣在其活動(dòng)范圍內(nèi)動(dòng)一動(dòng),以防擋板門(mén)長(zhǎng)期不動(dòng)作發(fā)生卡澀。對(duì)于常團(tuán)的旁路擋板門(mén)尤其應(yīng)該如此。

The action time of other shutter door in FGD system is generally about 40s.
The operating speed of ram door when it is opened and closed is generally 1.3 ~ 2m / min. The height of the flue at the inlet of large units is more than 3m, and it takes 2-3min for the door to be fully opened or closed. Therefore, it can not be used in the bypass flue, mainly used in the system inlet or absorption tower inlet, only for isolation.
4. Effect of flue deposit on damper door action
The solid matter in the fly ash of flue deposit and slurry of absorption tower will accumulate in the flue, especially at the bottom of the flue. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the effect of these deposits on the operation of the damper door.
For the normal gate type door opening and closing, such as the inlet and outlet isolation damper doors of the system or absorption tower, the plates must be able to squeeze out these deposits and insert them into the flue. The damper driving device, such as the motor, shall have enough power to insert the ram into the deposit. For a long-term closed gate, the actuator of the driving device must have enough starting power to overcome the adhesion between the plate and the door frame.
For a normally open shutter door, such as FGD inlet and outlet door, or normally closed shutter door, such as bypass isolation damper door, if it is in a certain position for a long time, the flue deposit may make the blade difficult to operate. For the bottom blade, this problem is particularly serious. First, the bottom of the flue is the area with the most sediment; second, if other blades rotate flexibly, the whole torque of the driver acts on the bottom blades, which may damage the blades and the connecting mechanism. Therefore, some louver baffles are equipped with two sets of drivers and connecting mechanisms. One set is for the lowest blade and the other for other blades.
In addition, for the normally closed shutter baffle door, if the ash accumulation in the flue appears on one side of the baffle door, the rotation direction of the blade shall be toward the downstream side of the ash accumulation to avoid the ash accumulation blocking the rotation of the blade.
No matter what kind of baffle door, the best way of operation is to move the baffle widely in its range of activity regularly, so as to prevent the baffle door from jamming if it does not move for a long time. This is especially true for the bypass damper of the constant mass.
